Legacy Park Marketplace (LPM) is poised to be the definitive hub for these weekend business enthusiasts. Located at 5003 Asher Avenue, we will be the prime location for seasonal income growth, aiding both families and the community at large.

LPM will operate seasonally from March to September as well as special holiday market events. It will play host to a bustling weekend farmers’, urban and fall holiday markets. Moreover, it will be able to transform into a flexible venue for private activities. LPM will accomplish all of this while fostering over 180 jobs that offer maximum financial independence.
